Converso AI turns your site into a conversation. It answers visitor questions using your pages, an admin knowledge base and — for shops — a live list of your products and prices, so replies quote real figures instead of guessing. It remembers the conversation, replies in each visitor's language, and hands qualified leads to your CRM or inbox.

Answers run through a provider chain — a primary AI, a fallback, then an editable canned reply — so a single provider outage never takes the assistant down. Google Gemini and Groq both have generous free tiers; OpenRouter and self-hosted Ollama are supported too.

Every visitor-facing word derives from your site name and is fully editable, per language. The widget never auto-opens: it rests as an animation with a typewriter speech balloon that folds into an unread badge.

Do I need to pay for AI? No. Google Gemini and Groq both have free tiers that are plenty for most sites. You bring your own key.

Does it work without AI? Yes — a WhatsApp number alone gives a working "Chat on WhatsApp" button and the starter presets answer common questions.

How many sites? One production site per single-site licence; staging and local installs don't count.

Is my data sent anywhere? Message text goes only to the AI provider you configure. Nothing else leaves your site.

The plugin code is GPLv2+. Your purchase is a licence key that entitles this site to AI answers, plugin updates and support. Presets, the WhatsApp handoff and the widget shell keep working even without an active key.
