SiteMaster Suite is a self-hosted dashboard built for web agencies and freelance webmasters who manage domains, hosting and email across many clients. Run it on your own hosting, keep every client record, domain, invoice and login in your own database, and replace a scattered mess of spreadsheets and sticky notes with one simple, internal tool.

Every client can have multiple domains, and every domain can carry its own independent hosting, email and registrar services - because a client's domain registration, website hosting and mailboxes are very often with three different providers, not one. Each service tracks its provider, server IP, plan, cost, billing cycle and expiry date, so "what's expiring soon" is always a single glance away on the dashboard, not a scavenger hunt across inboxes.

Every control panel, hosting and WordPress login you need to remember is stored in an encrypted credential vault, protected by its own PIN - separate from your account password - with a one-time recovery key generated at setup and a PIN you can change any time. Labels, URLs and usernames stay visible for quick reference; only the password itself is encrypted, and it only decrypts for the few minutes you actually need it.

Billing stays simple and honest: raise an invoice, record payments against it (in full or in instalments), and watch it track itself - overdue invoices are flagged automatically, and every invoice and payment is logged to the client's own activity timeline alongside your own notes. A daily reminder job emails clients before a domain or service expires, and notifies you the moment an invoice falls overdue, so renewals stop depending on anyone remembering.

Admins can add staff accounts, configure the agency's own SMTP server, and edit every outgoing email template - with the agency's logo in the header and a custom disclaimer in the footer - with a live preview before saving.

The interface is fully translated into English, Italian, German, Spanish and French, with a one-click language switcher on every page.

Full setup steps are in the bundled SETUP.txt, and the installer itself checks your server meets every requirement before you enter a single database detail.

In short: upload the files, create a MySQL database, visit install.php, and follow the guided wizard - it creates your schema, your agency settings, your first admin account, and shows you the exact command (or secret URL, for hosts without shell cron access) to schedule the daily reminder job.

Is this a subscription? No - one payment, the licence is yours for this installation for good.

Is the credential vault really encrypted, or just hidden? Encrypted - every stored password goes through envelope encryption with its own key, which is itself protected by your PIN and a one-time recovery key generated at setup. Nobody with database access alone can read a stored password.

What happens if I forget my vault PIN? Use the recovery key you were given at setup to regain access and set a new PIN. If you've lost both, an emergency reset is available as a last resort - it wipes the stored passwords (not your client/domain/billing data) so you can start the vault fresh.

Can clients log in to see their own invoices? No - this is an internal tool for your team only. Clients receive emails (invoice reminders, expiry notices) but never log in.

What if I move to a new domain? Contact support to have your licence reassigned - it activates one domain at a time.
