What we collect

• Enquiries — name, email, phone and message when you use the contact form or start an estimate.
• Accounts — name, email and a password hash if you create a client account.
• Orders — billing details, items purchased, and the transaction reference. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
• Consultations — the details you give when booking, and scheduling information.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and basic usage information, collected through our server logs and any analytics we run.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotes — our legitimate interest in responding to you, and steps taken at your request before a contract.
• To provide services, products and consultations you order, and to invoice — performance of a contract.
• To keep records and meet tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to understand how it is used — our legitimate interest.
• To send you service messages about your orders — performance of a contract. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site, checkout and your account to work. Any analytics or preference cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers who help us run the business, under contract and only as needed: our hosting provider, our payment provider for processing transactions, and our email provider for sending confirmations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while it is useful and then deleted. Account, order and invoice data is kept for as long as your account is active and for the periods tax and company law require after that. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

Where it is processed

We aim to keep processing within the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside it, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@fisherlabs.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular updates. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published here, with the date it last changed shown below.
